Poinsettia carved into a gourd with a pine needle rim. Bowl of the gourd is a subtle gold shimmer. The live poinsettia is not included.

Planter is made out of a dried and preserved gourd. It is dyed with a tan dye that is mixed with a translucent gold power giving it a gold shimmer look. The poinsettias are burned into the gourd and then colored. The border around the poinsettia is stippled carved, to give contrast.
It measures approximately 6 inches wide and is about 5 1/2 inches tall. The rim is embellished with pine needles.
It is perfect for a small 4" pot poinsettia. I include a liner to set the 4" pot in for ease. If you prefer artificial plants it would also look great.
