This is the first bird in my series of gourd planters with animals. The yellow finch is my favorite bird to paint. In the wild they are so vibrant and so much fun to watch.
This planter/bowl is approximately 8" wide and about 6" tall. I made the inside water resistant, but will include a plastic liner if you choose to put a plant in it. I recommend putting a potted plant inside and take it out to water it and let the plant drain.
